There’s interesting workshops held by experienced facilitators, wonderful meditations from the brilliant Roz and Adi , Yoga offered by the beautiful Dainei, our main man Ant Souchella will be working his sound journey magic, along with the rest of the freezone family Carl and Lizzy offering enlightened workshops, Pavani offering biodanza, healthy veggie vegan food, sea swims, stunning walks , chats round the fire, lots of belly laughs and a whole lotta fun !
