DESCRIPTION:Banish those winter blues away with our 2nd Winter Warmer Retreat! We’ve rented a lovely comfy cosy rural cottage where we will hold our 4day retreat focussing on self love , community and connection    We’re excited to announce that the awesome Leo Rutherford will be coming along to share with us! He’s a Freezone favourite whose interesting Shamanic workshops are always uplifting and informative. It’s always a pleasure to have Leo with us he’s a fantastic facilitator! Not forgetting our usual Freezone Family of world class facilitators all of whom blow me away with their commitment to the aims of Freezone and their generosity of spirit that help make our events so awesome xx On offer will be mediation, yoga, sound journeys, pranayama, om beds, interesting workshops, healthy veggie/ vegan food, friendships, fun and more… Tickets cost £200 dormitory ( 4-5 per room ) and includes all food and workshops There are 3 very nice double rooms available( can be shared by 2)  at £100/ room extra. Contact me directly to book a double room. Holistic therapies cost extra between you and the therapists. Don’t delay tickets are limited at 15 guests only!
