Freezone Retreat 7 – 9 July 2023

Following on from our Freezone Festival success we are pleased to announce our second retreat of the year! Expect to have your spirits soothed with our awesome weekend programme of soul nourishing workshops offered by the best facilitators around, yoga, meditation, sound journeys, om beds, healthy vegan/veggie food, belly laughs around the fire, new friends and lots of hugs and smiles. The event will be held in a small campsite (only us) overlooking the sea on the beautiful Jurassic coast near Swanage, Dorset.
