Freezone is proud to announce our summer spectacular .. 4 DAYS OF HEALING !! Over the August bank holiday we will be doing what we do best , making sure that you have the most relaxing , positive and spiritually uplifting weekend ever .

On offer is our usual program .. meditation, workshops, sound journeys ,yoga, holistic therapies, healthy food, camping, fires , friendship and fun plus the added bonus of 2 spiritual speakers and extra workshops to help you get to that place called serenity xx

We can offer all this for only £85 . ( includes all meditations , workshops , food , beverages and camping ) You cant beat it !!

Holistic therapies are charged at £10 /half hour

Yoga is a donation of £5 to our resident yoga teacher the lovely Sandi
