We welcome you to Freezone’s first Winter Warmer Retreat! We’ve rented a beautiful, cosy space near Shaftsbury, Dorset, where from 7th – 10th of January 2022 we will create the Freezone experience of community, unity, self-love and exploration.
On offer will be mediations, Yoga, sound journeys, Biodanza, holistic therapies and some extra special workshops designed to help you connect on a deeper level over the 4 days.
Accommodation will be sharing, with all food and drink supplied. Food will be healthy veggie/vegan and mainly GF (if you have a special diet please bring your own, but no meat or fish please). Holistic therapies will be extra between you and the therapist. At Freezone we offer retreats for a truly non-profit price of what they cost us: the price is £200 inclusive and is limited to 10 guests. Book fast to avoid disappointment 😊
