The holidays can be a lot — family, food, noise, and endless to-do lists. Then suddenly it’s January, and we’re meant to feel fresh and ready to start again… but often we just feel tired, flat, or a bit lost.

That’s where the Freezone Winter Retreat comes in. It’s your gentle reset after the Christmas chaos and New Year pressure — a chance to rest, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters. 

Our winter retreat is so popular we’ve decided to add an extra day! The event will now be 4 days ( 3 nights) from Thursday 7 January 27 till Sunday 10 January 27.
